Refund Policy for HM Verities

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Valid Reasons for Refunds:

   • The product received is a different color than the one ordered.
   • The product is damaged upon arrival.
   • Any other issue with the product that is clearly our responsibility.

2. Proof Required:

   • Customers must provide clear video proof showing the issue with the product.
   • The video must be submitted via email or WhatsApp within 2 hours of receiving the product.

3. Return of Product:

   • The product must be sent back to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
   • If the product is not received back within 7 days, the refund request will not be entertained.
   • The customer is responsible for ensuring the return parcel is securely packed to prevent further damage.

Refund Process

1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
2. If the product meets the conditions mentioned above, the refund will be processed within 10 days after we receive the returned product.
3. Refunds will be transferred through the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

Important Notes

• Refund requests for delayed returns (beyond 7 days of delivery) will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Shipping fees for the return may apply to Customers account.
